We are looking for an IT Manager to join the team of our client - a reference company in the insurance sector.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
Reporting to the administration board, this professional will be responsible for managing the internal technical team as well as external partners or providers.
Managing the budget projections associated with technology costs.
Manage technical projects and associated teams.
Promote and evangelize digital transformation, IT strategy and roadmap, according to the business needs and requirements.
What is required from you?
Degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Management or other similar areas.
Previous solid experience in IT management teams and/or project roles.
Previous experience and participation in managing projects and teams related to software, application or ERP solutions.
Previous experience in the insurance or financial services area will be valued.
Good negotiation and stakeholders management skills.
Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships, having a strategic and analytical mindset.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
