responsabilidades chave
Manage end-to-end procurement processes in compliance with internal and external regulations
Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) including all technical, commercial, and quality requirements
Identify, qualify, and select suitable suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors
Coordinate and expedite the bidding process, ensuring timely and complete quotations
Support technical clarifications during the quotation phase
Negotiate best prices and terms with suppliers
Review and compare quotations, prepare cost comparison sheets, and purchase recommendations
Issue and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring timely acknowledgements
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Provide weekly reports on procurement progress (PIR, RFQ, PR, PO status)

Technical skills:
Knowledge of import/export procedures and material regulations
Familiar with local purchasing laws and guidelines
Experience with material and procurement systems (ERP preferred)
Fluent in written and spoken English
Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing processes
