The newly renovated Hapimag Resort Albufeira in Portugal is just a few steps from the sandy beach and a 10-minute drive from the city of Albufeira, on the Algarve. It features 213 holiday apartments, a restaurant, a bar, an indoor pool, a sauna, an outdoor pool, and various sports facilities. Our resort, due to internal group development, is seeking a dedicated individual to strengthen our team as Technical Department Manager – Building Services.
What you can expect
* Ensure the proper functioning of the work equipment and the company's facilities.
* Plan the preventive and predictive maintenance of the production lines, ensuring their operation.
* Creating and keeping preventive and predictive maintenance manuals up to date verifying their upkeep
* Assigning maintenance work
* Leading, managing and motivating the maintenance team
* Coordinating maintenance actions of machinery, work equipment and facilities to avoid accidents.
What you bring along
* Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in another leadership position.
* Solid knowledge in technical areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electrics, etc.
* Expertise in systems and machinery.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Leadership and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of German or English would be an advantage.
