About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. This role involves managing and coordinating the operational implementation of new projects, ensuring successful onboarding and go-live.
The ideal candidate will combine strong organisational skills with the ability to respond effectively to day-to-day operational challenges, while maintaining a structured and empathetic approach.
As an Business Operations Specialist, you will:
* Lead the implementation, onboarding and go-live of new projects
* Manage and oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects
* Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor daily activity and performance
* Provide reactive support by addressing operational issues promptly and effectively
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth communication
* Drive structured processes to support operational efficiency and customer success

* Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
