What you will do
* Develop and own performance marketing strategy across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliates) focused on high-intent lead generation for financial products/services
* Plan, review and optimise campaigns across search, social, display, native, and retargeting channels
* Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create compliant messaging and high-performing assets
* Ensuring campaigns meet targets and step in to create ads if needed
* Track campaign performance, build report, and provide insights to improve ROI
* Ensure all campaigns comply with financial regulations and maintain lead quality aligned with sales and underwriting teams
* Manage marketing budgets across channels and collaborate with internal teams to optimise the full lead-to-customer journey
What you´ll bring
* 3–5 years of performance marketing experience in the financial industry (banking, lending, insurance, investments, fintech, wealth management, or similar)
* Proven experience in lead generation with measurable revenue impact
* Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic platforms, and lead-gen networks
* Strong knowledge of tracking, analytics, and CRM integrations (GA4, GTM)
* Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
* Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach
