We would like to meet a HelixALM Business Analyst for a project with a hybrid working model: Main Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (URS / FRS / SDD) Conduct feasibility studies and propose system enhancements Design and configure new templates within HelixALM Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Release Managers Support testing activities, including: Test case creation and execution Regression testing Provide change management support Deliver L3 support for incidents and service requests: Required Skills & Experience Strong experience as a Business Analyst Mandatory expertise in HelixALM Experience with Jira, Confluence, and BPMN tools Familiarity with testing platforms such as TestRail Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Nice to Have Experience in regulated and validation-oriented environments Find with us the right opportunity to grow!
