We are looking for a Talent Acquisition to join our team, on hybrid basis, in Lisbon or Porto.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of proven experience in sourcing within the IT market (outsourcing)
2. Ability to autonomously perform active sourcing
3. Proficiency in English (mandatory)
4. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process
5. Establish and maintain a strong network of potential candidates within the IT industry
Main Roles:
6. Develop and implement sourcing strategies (outsourcing)
7. Source, identify, and attract IT talent through various channels
8. Conduct interviews
9. Discover and engage candidates through diverse channels, as well as employ alternative search techniques
