This role is designed for a strategic expert who can navigate the complexities of social advertising while maintaining a "Pivot" mindset—remaining agile, data‐driven, and ready to shift strategies to maximize ROI, coordinating a team of marketing professionals, and communicating directly with clients.This person will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing high‐impact social media campaigns across global markets. The role demands deep technical knowledge of ad platforms, a sharp analytical eye, and the ability to bridge the gap between creative storytelling and hard performance metrics, while being capable of managing teams, clients and business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination : Be capable of coordinating a group of marketers working on specific projects and clients.The "Pivot" Mindset : Constantly monitor real‐time data to adapt strategies, budget allocations, and creative directions to ensure peak and resilient performance.Strategize & Execute : Build, manage, and optimize large‐scale paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) aligned with client business goals.Data Integration : Work with data from multiple sources (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, CRM) to drive advanced audience segmentation and attribution modelling.Full‐Funnel Management : Design comprehensive full‐funnel strategies, from brand awareness to conversion and retention.Cross‐Team Collaboration : Work closely with Creative, Data, and Tech teams to ensure ad assets are optimised for performance and tracking is flawless.Analysis & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance, conduct deep‐dives into KPIs to identify opportunities for scaling and A/B testing.Innovation : Stay at the bleeding edge of social commerce, AI‐driven creative testing, and privacy‐first tracking solutions.Social Commerce : Lead the strategy and execution of Social Commerce initiatives (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, and Pinterest Catalogs) to drive direct‐to‐consumer revenue.AI Acceleration : Define the workflow for AI‐augmented creative testing coordinated with the rest of the team, using generative tools and workflows to rapidly iterate on ad hooks and visual assets based on performance data.
