* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop brand and channel planning processes to drive share, revenue, and operating income goals.
* Manage marketing plans to meet business objectives and achieve best ROI.
* Provide a thorough interface between marketing and sales in designated categories.
* Develop and implement Trade Marketing strategy to improve product visibility and availability.
* Build and improve trade category management, space-management, and merchandising concepts.
* Lead the implementation of campaigns aligned with the marketing team.
* Ensure the effectiveness of activities, plans, and materials developed by the department.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to tailor trade marketing plans.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
* 3 years of experience in a similar position in retail marketing.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
