The main purpose of the role would be to act as a Subject Matter Expert for AdWords campaign optimization for our client’s projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual client-facing team.
The Team will be working onsite with and alongside internal teams for a leading online multinational company to respond to client leads and assist in the success of this project. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills to succeed in an environment that is professional, modern, fast-paced, and driven by excellence.
Your responsibilities:
1. Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers;
2. Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions;
3. Gather and analyse data at the account level and campaign level;
4. Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies;
5. Use optimization techniques and work on optimization aligned to customers' goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile and YouTube;
6. Identify general opportunities in an account to help sales teams seize opportunities and drive conversations with agencies and clients;
7. Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies;
8. Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads;
9. Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
Requirements:
1. Fluency in English and Swedish (C2 or native);
2. Digital marketing experience (Client service or account management);
3. AdWords Search fundamentals certified (preferential);
4. Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.);
5. Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail;
6. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment;
7. Technologically savvy - the ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, process, policy and with;
8. Clearly demonstrated passion for a culture of excellence and commitment to quality in customer service.

Salary:
Base salary + 2 full extra salaries per year
Language Premium Bonus
Transportation allowance: 720 eur gross yearly (60 eur per month)
Meal allowance: 7.63eur net per working day in meal card
Annual performance bonus: 5% of yearly base salary (gross)
Relocation package: 2000 euro gross paid along with the first salary
