Academic Background
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (mandatory).
Professional Experience
Experience in technology consulting firms or similar environments is highly valued.
Open to candidates with experience in any sector (Public Sector, Financial Services, etc.).
Technical Requirements
Experience in automated and/or performance testing.
Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, NUnit) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Solid knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, K6, or LoadRunner.
Ability to write test scripts in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI) and contract validation (e.g., Pact).
Understanding of software quality concepts, continuous testing, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience in development and implementation projects.
Preferred Certifications
ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation or Advanced Level
Certified Agile Tester
Tool-specific certifications (e.g., JMeter, Selenium)
Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP Fundamentals) are a plus for cloud-based testing
Soft Skills & Other Requirements
Strong communication skills and motivation to work in consulting projects.
Advanced English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages (e.g., German or French) is a plus.
For senior profiles experience in mentoring team members, managing projects and clients.
Experience in international projects and functional analysis is highly valued.
Availability for a hybrid work model (3 days on-site per week
mandatory
).
