We are looking for a
Application Support
MAIN TASKS:
* Effectively manage and solve production incidents.
* Follow up and coordinate technical changes and operations (e.g., electrical shutdown, server modes).
* Participate in
change management
, collaborating with development, sysadmin, DBA, and networking teams.
* Keep documentation updated: architecture, procedures, supervision needs.
* Manage backups and ensure regular restoration tests.
* Monitor applications and infrastructure according to SLAs.
* Control application load capacity.
* Contribute to
automation and process improvement
.
* Work closely with development teams on defining the architecture of new applications according to infrastructure standards.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS
:
* Proficient in English.
* French is plus.
* Minimum
6 years
in similar roles.
* Knowledge of
Linux and Windows
environments.
* Experience with
VTOM
or other industrial schedulers.
* Scripting knowledge:
Shell, Python, PowerShell
.
* Experience with
JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, or IIS
.
* Experience with databases:
Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL
.
* Infrastructure backup management.
* Monitoring tools: ideally
Zabbix or Grafana
.
* Knowledge of
LDAP, Firewall, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory, Kerberos
.
* Basic networking knowledge.
