With 30 offices across 14 countries, Fortil fosters entrepreneurial freedom and the empowerment of individual potential.Your ResponsabilitiesEnsure compliance with project deadlines, quality, and technical interfaces throughout all phases.Manage the planning and coordination of design and construction activities among all stakeholders.Lead weekly site coordination meetings, issue meeting minutes, and monitor physical progress on site.Design PhaseContribute to project planning during the conceptual and detailed design stages (APS, APD, PRO/DCE).Gather and translate client requirements into conceptual and detailed design deliverables.Develop and consolidate the overall execution schedule.Identify and track interfaces between disciplines and ensure technical alignment across work packages.Participate in design reviews and technical coordination meetings.Lead and document project follow-up meetings during both design and construction phases.Construction PhasePrepare and maintain the detailed execution schedule (Gantt) for all contractors.Oversee inter-trade coordination (technical and architectural disciplines).Organize and facilitate weekly coordination meetings.Prepare weekly progress reports (schedule status, issues, corrective actions).Manage site logistics, access control, and operational interfaces.Verify construction phasing in accordance with site operational constraints.Handover PhaseSupport pre-handover, punch-list resolution, and commissioning activities, including qualification and thermal mapping.Contribute to the as-built documentation (DOE) and update the final project schedule.Your ProfileDegree in Civil Engineering, Building, HVAC, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent);+5 years in project management for building renovation or refurbishment;Strong command of project scheduling tools (MS Project, Gantt, milestones);Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory);Experience in industrial or building environments is a plus.Excellent multi-disciplinary coordination and team leadership.Effective meeting facilitation and clear communication.Rigor, anticipation, autonomy, and synthesis ability.Why Join Us?Personalized support and resources to accelerate your career growthAn open, diverse, and innovative ecosystem that empowers you to step out of your comfort zoneThe opportunity to become a company shareholderEngagement with community and non-profit technology projectsSupportive policies for work-life balance and parenthoodFortil is committed to equal opportunity.
