🎯 Your Responsibilities:
As a Retention Specialist, your primary goal is to turn customer challenges into loyalty and prevent customer churn. You will be the voice of a top-tier Swiss telecom brand:
* Preventing Customer Churn: Identify the core reasons why customers want to cancel and offer tailored solutions to keep them.
* Addressing Concerns: Handle customer complaints, service issues, and billing inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
* Offering Incentives: Leverage special discounts, exclusive promotions, or upgraded services to persuade customers to stay.
* Building Loyalty: Create positive customer experiences and strengthen long-term relationships with the brand.
📋 What We Are Looking For:
* Professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
* Previous experience in sales, upsells, or customer retention is highly valued.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
💰 What We Offer:
A highly competitive compensation package along with great perks:
* Base Salary: €920 / month gross (paid 14x/year)
* Performance Bonus: Up to €360 / month (paid 12x/year)
* Language Allowance: €350 for German + €150 for English (paid 13x/year)
* Meal Allowance: €10.20 / day worked (paid 11 months/year)
* Flex Work Allowance: €60 / month (paid 11 months/year)
* Assiduity Allowance: €110 / month
* Health Insurance: Included from your very first month
