We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product and service information, attempting to close sales, and managing orders and requests. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and deliver personalized solutions.
