About the project:
We are looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to assist customers throughout their entire online order journey, including delivery management, shipping investigations, returns, payment transactions, refunds, and both inbound/outbound communication.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide end-to-end support for online orders, including deliveries, returns, payments, and refunds.
* Handle sensitive customer data in compliance with PCI and GDPR standards.
* Communicate effectively with customers, couriers, banks, and internal teams to resolve issues.
* Identify and escalate complex problems while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
* German level at least C1+
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+/C1)
* Proven problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills with minimal supervision, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
* Strong computer literacy is required, along with previous experience in back-office work using computer systems; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
What you will gain:
* Full-time contract
* Salary without accommodation: 1523.16 euros gross / month
* Salary with accommodation in Lisbon: 1200 euros gross / month
* Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
* The possibility of signing a permanent contract after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
* Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance)
* Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday-Sunday, shifts between 7AM and 12 AM (midnight)
