Customer Support Specialists for the Irish Market

Role:
Act as the first point of contact for customers via chat, phone, or email, ensuring fast, effective, and empathetic support;
Handle inquiries and requests independently and efficiently;
Manage complex cases from start to finish, including investigations and disputes;
Support fraud detection and prevention processes;
Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations;
Share knowledge and support the onboarding of new colleagues;
Adapt to different tasks and evolving business needs.
Profile:
English level C1/C2 (mandatory);
Minimum of 12 months experience in customer service or in the banking, finance, or insurance sectors;
Clear communication, empathy, and customer-oriented mindset;
Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage complex situations independently;
Adaptability and enthusiasm for dynamic environments;
Confident with digital tools and quick to learn new systems.
