Division: HEADQUARTERS DIV SHARED SERVICESContract Type:We are looking for a Customs Specialist based in Santa Maria da Feira.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe main missions of the role are:- Issuing of import clearance instructions based on the input given by the interlocutors and ensuring proper respect of the existing rules (checking document quality, existing information, etc.) and inputting the information in the database; - Managing the C88 document, ensuring that the customs clearance broker sends the document to all parties (Plant, recipient and carrier); - Analyzing and building the import and export flows of the plants under Portugal team scope; - Managing and gathering the LTSD under Customs Portugal Scope, as well as ensuring its renewal; - Collecting REX registration data; - Having good knowledge in tariff classification; - Having a good understanding of customs regulation.Your profile and competencies to succeed- Education level: Degree in business school linked with logistics, legal or customs related; - Good computer skills (MS Office-Excel).
