The Key Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring partners access and deliver or collect merchandising, as well as managing store makeovers and agents' deposits. Monitoring KPIs, profitability, sales numbers, VOC, and audits is essential. Conducting commercial visits, mystery shopper visits, and bonus negotiations are also key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for North Zone - Minho to the Center
* Ensure partners' accesses are set and delivery/collection of merchandising
* Manage store makeovers and commercial spaces
* Control agents' deposits and mitigate financial risk
* Monitor KPIs and profitability of partnerships
* Manage sales numbers, VOC, and audits
* Conduct commercial visits and mystery shopper visits
* Negotiate bonuses, commissions, and contractual parts
* Implement retail network training and follow-up meetings
* Identify areas with high/low potential and analyze TMA/TME
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of experience in sales positions in energy or similar sector
* Relevant background experience in sales
* Medium user level of Microsoft Office tools
* Knowledge of CRM software (Sales Force)
