Business Development Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also have a proven track record in business development and outbound sales, with a focus on mid to large enterprises.

Your primary objective will be to grow our agency sponsor base through proactive sales efforts, while nurturing and managing relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing agency performance, providing solutions to enhance their success, and contributing to increasing company revenue through effective sales strategies.

* Manage a 360-degree sales role from business development to sales and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Nurture and manage relationships with agency clients to drive growth and retention.
* Analyze and track agency performance data to identify areas for improvement.
* Provide solutions and recommendations to agencies to enhance their success.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Proven track record in business development and outbound sales, with a focus on mid to large enterprises.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
