Role and Responsibilities

- Conduct market analyses, valuations, and property viewings.
- Oversee transactions from pre‐sale to after‐sale.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
- Collaborate with the team to execute marketing strategies and ensure reliable service delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Real Estate or a similar sales/client relations role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Right to live and work in the Algarve, Portugal.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car.
