Senior Commercial Manager Bolt Market is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to lead and scale the Stores commercial organization in Lisbon, Portugal.Location: Lisbon, PortugalAbout the role In this role, you will define and own the country's commercial strategy and full commercial P&L, balancing consumer experience, revenue growth, and long-term profitability. You will be the senior point of accountability for all commercial operations, setting direction, establishing frameworks, and building high‐performing commercial teams.Main tasks and responsibilitiesDefine and own the country's long‐term commercial strategy in alignment with global leadershipOwn the full commercial P&L, including GMV, margin, profitability, and pricing architectureDevelop and execute annual and quarterly commercial plans with clear priorities and success metricsLead strategic relationships with top‐tier and national CPG partners, overseeing Joint Business Plans and Growth ToolsSet governance and guardrails for promotions, assortment, supplier performance, and commercial decision‐makingAbout you5+ years of experience in senior commercial or category leadership roles within ecommerce or retailProven ownership of commercial P&L and strategic planning at country or regional levelStrong people leadership experience with a track record of team developmentBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field plus English and Latvian proficiencyExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills in senior, cross‐functional environmentsExperience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
