Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Assist in the management of projects, ensuring they align with defined project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Support project progress monitoring and contribute to issue and risk management.
• Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
• Assist in the preparation of project status reports for stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
• Contribute to the identification of process improvements in project management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure project documentation is up-to-date and organized.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in project and program management
• Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
