Contract duration: 1 year Responsibilities: Strong understanding of the Datorama platform, including its data connectors, data modeling capabilities, calculated metrics, and particularly its dashboarding and visualization features.Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling visual stories.Should be able to choose the right chart types and layouts to effectively communicate key performance indicators and trends to various stakeholders. ·A good understanding of underlying data architecture principlesThe architect should demonstrate a solid understanding of how data flows and interacts across various Salesforce clouds, such as Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.Experience in integrating data from these sources within Datorama to create unified and comprehensive dashboards for holistic business insights is highly valuable.This includes understanding common data models and integration challenges across Salesforce platforms.Retain existing Datorama dashboards.Implement changes to existing Datorama dashboards.Resolve any data stream issues. Requirements: Access Management of Datorama, keep classification logic up to date. ·Monitoring performance of paid media activity, proactively raising drops in performance to media agency/respective stakeholdersAligning delivery cost data against planned cost data.Supporting integration between paid media platforms and web analytics to capture full journey from ad impression to arriving on customer website.Development of taxonomy to join the dots between paid media and owned marketing.Creation of taxonomy adherence dashboards to monitor successful adoption of taxonomy.Proactively raising taxonomy issues with relevant stakeholders and leading cleansing of data accuracy issues.The role requires collaborating with various teams, including marketing, analytics and IT.Strong communication skills are essential to understand requirements with Business, present dashboard designs, and provide training and support to end-users. ·Recommendation of opportunities for new use casesAbility to perform fit-gap analysis with other similar tools (like Power BI) Diversity and Inclusion at Wipro We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
