Key Payroll Expert Role
We are looking for a skilled payroll expert to support our operational teams in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payrolls. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support Managers with client engagement to ensure all information is accurate and provided on time.
* Provide daily functional support to the teams to support the successful delivery of payrolls.
* Responsible for the maintenance of Client Solution workbooks and updating, maintaining, and enforcing Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
* Ensure and sign off system maintenance testing and support the review of Statements of Works before they are shared with clients to ensure their fitness for purpose.
* Resolve technical/functional issues escalated from the team and report system issues/defects correctly with necessary details and evidence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation.
* Expertise in SAP and experience administering payroll in HR consulting, HR outsourcing, or corporate environments.
* BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
