Collaborating closely with Business Delivery Managers, Technical Managers, and various teams including Sales and Engineering, you will drive project success and customer satisfaction. Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.Establish strong relationships with external customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.Oversee project communication, including planning, risk assessment, change management, and opportunity identification. Ensure customer satisfaction and project success, maintaining high standards for financial performance and contractual obligations.Facilitate project closeout processes, ensuring thorough transition and handover of deliverables.Proactively identify and address challenges while distilling complex information into actionable insights for stakeholders.Participate in the sales process, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with customers.Travel within Europe approximately 20% of the time to engage with stakeholders and manage project-related activities. QualificationsYou have:
5–8 years of relevant experience in managing projects/programs within the telecom or IT industry, preferably in the cloud.Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.Strong interpersonal communication skills with cross-cultural awareness.Experience in budget management and financial forecasting of project.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.European Union, Switzerland or United Kingdom nationality and residence, due security requirements.
