About the Role Grupo AFA is hiring an Innovation & Process Optimization Lead to support business transformation, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives across the Group. Reporting to the Executive Committee, this is a hands-on, individual contributor role with high visibility and cross-functional exposure.
