Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on job descriptions and requirements.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
