We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sea Logistics Sales Professional to join our team.
Job Description:
* Drive new business growth, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers.
* Collaborate with Customer Care personnel to ensure seamless service for shared accounts.
* Make pricing decisions in alignment with the Customer Care Manager.
* Act as account owners, directly managing a personal portfolio of sales accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Sea Logistics, with a solid understanding of the industry's operations and trade dynamics.
* 2-5 years in Customer Management, delivering service excellence and fostering long-term client relationships.
* Proven strengths in communication, customer-focused problem solving, adaptability, time management, and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
* Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English, enabling seamless communication across diverse markets.
* Strong leadership qualities, consistently demonstrating drive and commitment to personal and business goals.
* A true team player, actively fostering collaboration and building cohesive partnerships across functions.
