Job Opportunity: Recruiter (On-site)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team for an initial period of 3-4 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a long-term contract. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job
* Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, supporting both candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Partner with hiring managers and maintain consistent communication, manage expectations and timelines with candidates and hiring teams.
* Support recruitment process optimization for efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and familiarize with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Experience managing full-cycle and bulk recruitment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fluent in English is a must (additional languages are a plus).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Working Conditions
