About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will execute and evolve TENco's social media presence, ensuring that every post, story and campaign reflects the brand's refined tone, discretion and attention to detail.
Working under the guidance of the Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you will help position TENco online in the right way - crafting meaningful storytelling for our audience. You will balance strategy and execution: developing plans, showcasing content in the right way, at the right time, on the right channel, running paid campaigns and continuously optimizing performance.
While our office is based in Geneva, our team is spread across the world. This is a remote position (Europe-based preferred for timezone alignment) starting at 3 days per week, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role within six months.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, with new platforms to follow).
Roll out and maintain TENco's social media strategy, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals and brand alignment.
Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, tracking performance and refining targeting strategies.
Monitor analytics, prepare reports and provide insights to improve engagement and visibility.
Collaborate with the Marketing & Partnerships Manager and creative partners to ensure a seamless blend of storytelling, visuals and brand identity.
Stay informed about digital and social media trends, particularly within the luxury and lifestyle sectors.
Engage thoughtfully with followers and community inquiries, reflecting TENco's discreet and polished communication style.
What We're Looking For
Experience: minimum 5 years managing social media for premium or luxury brands.
Strategic mindset: strong understanding of brand storytelling and digital strategy, with an analytical and results-oriented approach.
Executional excellence: skilled in planning, posting, and managing content calendars.
Paid media knowledge: experience with paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
Content sensibility: a refined aesthetic eye, ensuring visuals and tone align with luxury positioning.
Writing skills: excellent copywriting and storytelling ability in English.
Tools & platforms: familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva or Adobe Express, Google Analytics and similar scheduling or analytics tools.
Curiosity & calm: always learning, always composed - even when juggling multiple priorities.
