Brand Manager on a 6-month temporary assignment
, your
key responsibilities
will include
* Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
* Manage brand identity and consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring adherence to guidelines and tone of voice.
* Plan and implement campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated brand initiatives.
* Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of brand activities and optimize future actions.
* Support innovation and creativity in brand communication to maintain relevance and differentiation in the market.
About You
To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have
* Experience 3–4 years of proven experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
* Education Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Skills & Competencies
* Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and consumer insights.
* Excellent analytical skills to analyze market data and performance metrics.
* Proactive and results-driven.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Languages Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
