Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to play a key role in creating high-impact technical content and collaborating with internal experts to clarify complex topics.
This position requires the ability to gain hands-on experience with our product, build a solid understanding of how it works and how developers use it, and create online training and technical documentation that showcases expertise.
The ideal candidate will work closely with internal experts to translate complex topics into structured, user-centric learning experiences, identify knowledge gaps and contribute to content strategy to shape the overall developer enablement journey, and stay up-to-date with new capabilities and use cases as the product evolves.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in developing with low-code platforms or modern cloud-native architectures.
* Proven experience creating technical content for developers or other technical audiences.
* Familiarity with docs-as-code approach, including authoring in Markdown, collaborating through GitHub, and working in development-friendly environments like VS Code.
* Strong ability to understand complex systems through hands-on exploration.
* Excellent communication skills and a user-first mindset.
* Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to learn new technologies quickly.
* Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and its most common tools (like Jira) and comfortable working in iterative development cycles.
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
