We design, automate, and operate IT systems architectures for relevant companies with business-critical systems, providing cloud solutions and developing cool & useful DevOps automation tools. Our team has experienced sustained growth over the years and the future looks promising.
As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you'll be responsible for implementing and configuring Cloud Technologies. In collaboration with our architects, you'll code and deploy solutions while helping to operate and support these solutions efficiently.
Key Accountabilities:
* Deliver, maintain, and optimize Azure Cloud Infrastructure solutions to support and enable the development and operations of Cloud services.
* Create and review Cloud solution designs, understanding their impact on infrastructure and network, and ensuring the availability of supporting infrastructure from internal or external providers.
* Monitor, maintain, and support the operational capacity, availability, and performance of Cloud solutions against SLAs from a level two and level three support perspective.
* Deploy new projects in the existing Cloud infrastructure.
* Drive engineering discussions with Public Cloud service providers to forecast and right-size long-term capacity and performance requirements.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:
* More than 2 years experience in Design, Engineering roles for Systems analysis, and infrastructure & network design in web-scale environments.
* Infrastructure & Network automation and configuration management tools.
* Public cloud IaaS and PaaS deployment models and technologies.
* Network knowledge and network management experience in large-scale Datacenter environment.
* Cross-functional skills and ability to swap and perform adjacent roles and responsibilities at short notice.
* Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and collaboration skills that drive effective constructive feedback and support.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill difficult technical concepts into simple and actionable practices.
* Experience in automation and IaaC (e.g. Terraform, Azure ARM, CloudFormation, Ansible, Jenkins, etc.), version control (e.g. Git), CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, or TFS, or Travis CI), containers (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift), infrastructure testing (e.g. ServerSpec), infrastructure security (e.g. OWASP ZAP), or test automation (e.g. Selenium or Gatling).
