We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our European e-commerce platform. As a Dutch-speaking representative, you will provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

This role involves assisting customers with their online shopping experience, answering questions about orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and account settings.
* Respond to customer inquiries in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner.
* Use internal tools to document interactions and follow up as needed.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer complaints with patience and care, aiming for the best possible outcome.
2. Assist customers in resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, payments, and account settings.

Requirements:
* Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and English (at least B1) for internal communication.
* Able to work independently and proactively.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, solution-oriented mindset.
