Your Role: As a Transport Claims Assistant, you’ll be the main point of contact for managing transport-related claims. Whether it’s a delayed delivery or vehicle damage, you’ll handle every case with a calm, analytical mindset and a strong sense of ownership. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the transport claims process, from initiation to resolution. Investigate damages, delays, or lost vehicles with accuracy and fairness. Communicate effectively with carriers, insurers, and internal teams to collect documentation. Negotiate fair settlements and ensure timely resolutions. Maintain thorough records and report trends to support operational improvements. Be an ambassador for transparency, professionalism, and partnership. ✅ What You Bring: Minimum 2 years of experience in claims handling, preferably in logistics or transport. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Structured and calm under pressure. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with transport documentation and freight regulations (a plus). Self-motivated and confident managing multiple cases simultaneously. Fluency in English (other European languages are a bonus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
