What do you need to become a SMART
Senior Project/Program Manager?
12+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management, leading complex enterprise initiatives;
Proven track record managing
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) upgrades
, ideally version 12.2;
Strong understanding of
Oracle EBS architecture
, upgrade methodologies, and integrations;
Experience coordinating
cross-functional teams
(technical, functional, and infrastructure);
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in
Portuguese and English
;
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities;
Familiarity with
project governance, risk management
, and compliance frameworks;
Certificationssuch as
PMP, PRINCE2
, or Oracle-related credentials are a plus.
What will you do as a SMART
Senior Project/Program Manager?
Lead
the end-to-end Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade program — from planning through post-go-live support;
Engage
with client and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables;
Develop andmaintain
project plans, governance frameworks, and risk registers;
Communicate
progress clearly through regular status meetings and reports to senior leadership;
Coordinate
resources and dependencies across multiple workstreams;
Ensure compliance
with organizational policies, Oracle best practices, and regulatory standards;
Drivesuccess
by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
