Your role: We are looking for a Senior SAP Finance Process & Project Manager to drive the design, standardization, and implementation of financial processes within a large-scale international transformation program (TMS – Traton Modular System). This role sits at the interface of business and IT, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance integration, particularly in product costing (CO-PC) and end-to-end value flow processes across production, logistics, and finance. Your responsibilities: Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of financial processes across business and IT Analyze and design end-to-end business processes, ensuring accurate representation of value flows from production and logistics into accounting and controlling Act as sub-project manager or key project team member in an international SAP S/4HANA transformation program (TMS) Lead the design and implementation of SAP finance solutions, with a focus on: - Product Costing (CO-PC) - Commercial order-to-cash processes - Integration across MM, SD, and PP processes Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable and future-ready finance process solutions Translate business requirements into SAP standard solutions, ensuring alignment with IT and implementation teams Contribute to the delivery of end-to-end finance process models, ensuring consistency, scalability, and sustainability Your profile: University degree and 5+ years of experience in process optimization, automation, and project delivery, preferably in SAP Finance environments Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, with deep knowledge in: - CO-PC (Product Costing) - Good working knowledge of MM, SD, and PP modules Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across sales, production, logistics, and finance Experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., Business Partner, Material Ledger) is a plus Proven experience delivering complex transformation initiatives in international and cross-functional environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills Fluent in English Your benefits: Working in a dynamic environment with vibrant team spirit Home office policy of 2 days / week Additional days off on Dec 24th and 31st Birthday off Life Insurance Health Insurance, extended to family members Ready to make an impact?
