Your new roleAs a Digital Product Owner, you will take ownership of a suite of digital solutions that support and enhance customer and internal user experiences across multiple platforms. Acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, you will manage product roadmaps, prioritise enhancements, and ensure the smooth implementation of new features. You will work across web interfaces, APIs, and EDI channels to ensure consistency and performance while keeping the end-user experience at the core of every decision.Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that developments align with strategic business goals and user needs.Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, translating high-level requirements into clear epics and user stories.Lead the implementation of new features across digital channels, ensuring consistency and quality across Web, EDI, and API interfaces.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure smooth rollout and communication of new functionalities.Collect, document, and formalise stakeholder needs into actionable tasks within agile workflows.Participate actively in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings.Oversee testing and user acceptance phases to validate new functionalities and ensure readiness for release.Support the scale-up of new modules, contributing to operational processes including training, documentation, and support handover.What you'll need to succeedProven experience in digital product ownership, preferably within international or technology-driven environments.Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to quickly grasp business models, challenges, and system complexity.Confidence in presenting ideas and leading discussions to gain alignment and buy-in from diverse stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate across various business levels.Fluency in English is essential.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies;
