What we are looking for:
Hard Skills:
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in IT industry
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration *****R******************* etc..) and basic knowledge of troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system
• Basic knowledge on Patch Management and Antivirus solutions
• 12:00AM-8:00AM CET time zone as focus

• Hyper-V & Veritas cluster concepts
