Responsibilities:
Configure, troubleshoot, and debug complex software systems.
Support product setup, customization, and maintenance for client environments.
Integrate and optimize software components to ensure system performance.
Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring stability and reliability.
Contribute to continuous improvement through documentation, automation, and best practices.
What are we looking for?
Strong experience in Java development, debugging, and troubleshooting (5+ years).
Solid understanding of JVM performance, threading, and memory management.
Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Zookeeper, Cassandra, Ansible, Docker, and relational databases.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work in customer-facing technical roles with problem-solving mindset.
