We are looking for an Amazing: Mid Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Seniority: +3 years
Type of position: Hybrid (2x/week in Porto)
The amazing you will have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
* More than 3 years of experience in Application Support (SRE - Site Reliability Engineering);
* Analytical mindset to investigate errors and problems;
* Ability in Operationalizing Microservices;
* Knowledge of technologies: Shell, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS, Kafka, DBs (Postgres, MySQL);
* Knowledge of collaborative platforms (Jira, Confluence, GitLab);
* Ability to understand different systems and their functionalities;
* Proactivity in validating logs and metrics to detect potential problems;
* Proactivity in suggesting improvements to logging systems, metrics, and alarms;
* Able to adapt communication to various stakeholders;
* Able to understand non-technical customers;
* Retail experience/knowledge is a plus;
* Availability to perform on-call prevention.
