We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support agile delivery in an Automotive Tech environment.
Work setup: Hybrid (2/3 times per month in the office)
Responsibilities:
* Establish agile ways of working and guide teams with limited Scrum maturity
* Facilitate and adapt agile ceremonies to fit project-based and domain-oriented team structures
* Coach team members and leads on agile principles, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* Support backlog management, prioritization, and scope alignment across business, IT, and Tech stakeholders
* Identify and remove impediments, including communication gaps and organizational blockers between teams
* Create visibility on delivery progress, risks, and team performance through agile metrics and dashboards
* Promote transparency, trust, and alignment across distributed teams
* Drive agile maturity and foster a culture of learning, reflection, and pragmatic change
Must-have requirements:
* 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and flexible application of agile frameworks in hybrid or non-product environments
* Proven experience supporting mixed or distributed teams in agile adoption
* Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and cross-team coordination skills
* Experience aligning priorities between business stakeholders, IT, and Tech teams
* Hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps, including boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
* Solid understanding of agile delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and WIP
* Fluency in English
