Project Manager - AI Innovations
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead our Generative AI initiatives.
* Manage end-to-end projects related to Generative AI, encompassing requirements definition, delivery, and performance monitoring.
* Promote the practical application of Generative AI in business-relevant contexts, fostering internal collaboration and driving innovation.
* Facilitate cross-functional teamwork, ensuring alignment of expectations and mutual understanding among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Design and deliver training sessions on Gen AI concepts and applications, tailored to diverse internal audiences.
* Stay abreast of technological advancements in the field and propose new opportunities for application.
* Cultivate a culture of experimentation, responsible innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
* Experience in managing technology projects, preferably with prior involvement in AI or digital transformation initiatives.
* Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and tools (e.g., LLMs, copilots, content automation).
* Effective communication skills, with ability to adapt language for diverse audiences.
* Experience with OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI is a plus.
* Proactive mindset and initiative in driving innovative projects.
* Experience in facilitating training sessions, workshops, or awareness initiatives on Gen AI.
* Results-oriented profile with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
