About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer focused in Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by leveraging our technology partnerships (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Confluent, Cloudera, MongoDB, Databricks) within existing accounts to create new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills who can identify partnership opportunities, develop strategic market approaches, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, in close collaboration with our Sales Team.
Objectives
* Drive business growth and market expansion by identifying new business opportunities through our technology partnerships (Microsoft, Google, Confluent, Cloudera, MongoDB, Databricks)
* Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives that align with our company's growth objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners to create new business initiatives and collaborative opportunities
* Manage partnerships from a business perspective, including partnership levels, incentives, and performance tracking
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with technology solutions
Responsibilities
* Identify and develop a pipeline of new partnership opportunities to improve business growth and market reach
* Participation in negotiations and closing strategic deals with technology partners, aligned with the Data Engagement Directors.
* Align with technology partners for new initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies
* Manage partnership relationships, including partnership levels, incentives, and commercial agreements
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing & sales) to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives
* Stay current with industry trends to identify emerging focus areas and opportunities
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a commercial/sales role
* Experience in business development, partnership management, or similar roles in the technology sector (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Consulting experience is a plus
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
* Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach
* Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
* Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a plus
* Experience with CRM and partnership management tools is an advantage
* Fluency in English required
