Job Description for Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant specialising in luxury real estate at Exclusive Algarve Villas, your primary role is to manage and grow a portfolio of high-end properties while building strong, trust-based relationships with affluent clients.
You'll provide personalised guidance throughout the buying and selling process, leveraging your market expertise to understand clients' needs and present tailored property solutions.
Property Listings
* Recognise potential listings and match them to existing active clients.
* Value and recognise quality properties for your luxury portfolio.
* Use your local knowledge and network events to connect with vendors and obtain new listings.
* Utilise local businesses and connections to access buyers and sellers.
* Good negotiation skills are essential.
Property Sales
* Handle leads swiftly and appropriately, with a maximum 12-hour response time to new enquiries, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
* Maintain professional communication and follow-up until clients find their dream home.
* Qualify clients to ensure efficient use of time for both parties.
* Assist with property viewings, accommodation, transport, and other client needs.
* Access and utilise the property portfolio across three offices, both online and offline.
* Follow up and close offers, coordinate surveys, and work with lawyers to finalize contracts.
* Negotiate sales effectively.
Admin & Marketing
* Prepare mediation contracts and KYC forms.
* Manage promissory contracts, deeds, inventory lists, and sales processes.
* Keep the CRM updated with important client events.
* Organise professional photo and video shoots for listings.
* Organise open houses for team members and other agencies to promote listings.
Requirements & Tasks
* Multilingual ability, with English as the primary language and strong proficiency in Portuguese (written and verbal).
* Minimum 1-year experience as a Real Estate Consultant.
* Good knowledge of the local area, including services, properties, and prices.
* Familiarity with software systems like CRM, Microsoft Office, Cloud, etc.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
* Respect for clients' privacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Capability to handle stressful situations.
* Own a vehicle and hold a valid Portuguese driver’s license.
