If you have experience optimizing 2G/3G/4G/5G networks in multivendor environments and want to take part in advanced 5G, Open RAN, and next-generation rollouts, this is your chance.
Responsibilities
Optimize multivendor networks (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Samsung)
Analyze KPIs, field tests, and propose improvements
Manage network capacity and solve complex issues
Collaborate in the launch of new features and technologies
Requirements
5+ years in radio optimization
Experience with at least two vendors
Proficiency with tools such as Atoll, NetAct, ENM, iBwave
English B2/C1
