Hiring for a startup environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position, and candidates must be based locally or willing to relocate.
The selected professional will work in a fast-paced, co-located team focused on innovation and rapid iteration.
They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software R&D solutions, optimizing systems based on feedback, and collaborating closely with teammates—especially the UX specialist and Technical Artist.
Active participation in exploring new technologies and methodologies is expected, as well as producing detailed technical documentation to support research activities.
A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Graphics, or related areas is required, along with proven experience in software development, proficiency in C#, and fluency in English.
