Responsibilities:
Define and design Customer Data (MDM) solutions to support a wide range of business projects.
Balance project requirements while protecting the integrity of the customer data platform.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including business users, solution developers, solution architects, and fellow designers.
Translate business requirements and technical challenges into clear solutions for various stakeholders.
Guide and support scrum teams, offering technical and design direction.
Articulate and communicate risks, controls, and solutions to a wide audience, particularly under high-pressure situations, such as customer data breach investigations.
Engage in stakeholder management and inspire adoption of controls and best practices.
Get hands-on with technical details as needed to support teams and resolve challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
Experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
Proven expertise in Springboot and Springbatch, microservices development, database integration, RESTful API development, and AWS cloud.
Strong knowledge of foundational architecture design patterns, DevOps/CI-CD practices, Git, Azure DevOps (ADO), testing and build tooling, troubleshooting, observability, caching, message queuing, and scrum methodology.
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery teams; resilient, driven, and goal-oriented.
Ability to motivate and guide technical teams toward collaborative outcomes.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week.
