By joining SEGULA you are joining a highly qualified network of Engineers and we are looking for you to be part of a company that provides you with different interesting tasks where you can utilise your technological skills in the best possible way.With our presence in 30 countries and 140 locations around the world, we increase competitiveness in all major industrial sectors: automotive, aerospace, energy, rail, marine and life sciences.We are looking for a Performance Test Lead (M/F) to work remotely, with the remote possibility of travelling occasionally.The candidate must be resident in Portugal.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage performance testing activities across multiple teams and projects.Develop performance testing frameworks usingJMeter DSL and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.Design and execute performance, scalability, and load tests for applications and infrastructure.Monitor application performance usingGrafana ,Prometheus, andInflux DB, identifying bottlenecks and recommending solutions.Collaborate with development, Dev Ops, and QA teams to ensure performance is embedded in the SDLC.Analyze performance metrics and generate comprehensive reports to provide insights and actionable recommendations.Mentor junior team members and build performance engineering capabilities within the organization.Ensure continuous improvement of performance testing and monitoring processes and tools.Required Skills and Experience5+ years of experience in performance engineering and testing.Strong expertise inJMeter DSL for creating and automating performance tests.Experience withGrafana ,Prometheus, andInflux DB for monitoring and visualization.Proficiency inJava for developing performance scripts and integrating with testing frameworks.Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and integrating performance tests into pipelines.Deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices (load, stress, endurance, and capacity testing).Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and troubleshoot performance issues.Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-based performance testing is a plus.Excellent communication and leadership skills.We offerIntegration into a solid company in the market;Professional working environment;Salary compatible with experience;Meal allowance on a meal cardYou will be part of a multinational company that is growing both nationally and internationally.
